One of the dish that hubby and I prepared last New Year's eve was Pork Lechon Belly. As I said before, it was hubby who often cooks at home and for 14 years of our marriage he continuously and patiently (yay!) teaches me when it comes to cookingπ. One good thing that the pandemic gave us is a lot of time when it comes to meal preparation and had try some dishes that we rarely cook. It was my first time to prepare lechon pork belly, and surprisingly it was good (Yehey, thank you to hubby who guided me with this dish).

A taste like Cebu Lechon - Porky Pit
Last year, we went to Pangasinan ( my husbands hometown ) for summer vacation. April was also the birth month of my husband and my youngest, so we had a little celebration at home with the family. I was delighted when I found out that my mother-in-law secretly prepared a lechon for my boys. My husband and I did'nt knew about it until it was being delivered at home. It was also my first time to try "Pangasinan organic lechon"πππ. One of the best lechon I ever tried and it was one of the most memorable birthday celebration of my son.
