Last year, we went to Pangasinan ( my husbands hometown ) for summer vacation. April was also the birth month of my husband and my youngest, so we had a little celebration at home with the family. I was delighted when I found out that my mother-in-law secretly prepared a lechon for my boys. My husband and I did'nt knew about it until it was being delivered at home. It was also my first time to try "Pangasinan organic lechon"😋😋😋. One of the best lechon I ever tried and it was one of the most memorable birthday celebration of my son.
