"The message of Jesus's life and ministry is universal. His life of service and humility knows no barriers, and everyone can follow His example of servitude. This universal message allowed us to expand our presence around the world" he said.

Bishop Ferriol saw firsthand the growth of their church overseas, pastoring the PMCC (4th Watch)'s churches in the United States for over 25 years and currently serving as the Regional Overseer of the churches in North America. "Our brethen from around the world are integral to spreding our message across borders, the way the message of the Gospel has spread throughout the world. They have organized local outreach activities which are part of our national programs, and encouraged people, especially those who have yet to be introduced to the Word of God, to open their hearts to Jesus Christ, and they are doing so by example," Bishop Ferriol said.

Apart from its global presence, PMCC (4th Watch) has also soldified partnership with local government units and non-government organizations, as showcased during its recent outreach activities. In July, the church organized a National Bloodletting Activity in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross and a Grand Medical Mission with the local government units of Marikina, Cavite, Laguna, Romblon and Bacolod. Similar outreach efforts were also conducted throughout the world in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, and other parts of Asia.

Thousand of Filipinos in these communities received a variety of medical, dental and optometry services during the outreach programs, according to PMCC (4th Watch). For Bishop Ferriol, these partnerships have helped them in their commitment to contribute to the betterment of underserved communities in the Philippines.

"We established these partnerships because we believe these organizations can help us reach a broder audience and serve those in need in these communities. We know that these organizations have the credibility and expertise in getting our message across, and we recognize that we serve a common purpose: to contribute to the improvement of our communities," he explained.

It serves as a reminder of our responsibility to give back to the community with whom we have had the pleasure of sharing God's goodness over the years,"he said.
