Rockwell Primaries breaks ground for The Vantage at Kapitolyo

Rockwell Primaries broke ground for its first integrated high-rise condominium, The Vantage at Kapitolyo. Soon to rise at the corner of West Capitol Drive and United Street in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, the project is composed of two residential towers with a central amenity deck and a two-storey retail row for the convenience of future homeowners and current Kapitolyo residents. In 2013, Rockwell Primaries launched its first project 53 Benitez, a mid-rise residential development in New Manila. This year, the real estate development company is set to launch another project in the South of Metro Manila.
