As more property developments go in the market, real estate companies are shifting the way they attract and address possible buyers by using a variety of platforms and tools to reach and connect with their markets.
The continued surge of the local business process outsourcing (BPO) sector has been fueling the growth of both the residential and commercial real estate segments. With a bigger pool of young professionals from this sector now becoming eligible for real estate loans—which hit a record high of Php 1.2 trillion (US $25.69 billion) in Q3 2015—demand for more living spaces in thriving hubs across the country, even outside of Metro Manila, is also expected to increase significantly in the coming years.

Now, with a vast portfolio of property developments being made available to the public, the need for a dynamic yet equally efficient platform that connects both developers and their targeted buyers or tenants has become more pronounced than ever. This was the challenge that Philippine Realty TV (PRTV), the first and longest-running real estate and construction television show in the country, decided to take on as it continues to become a game-changer in the local property development scene.
A few days ago, I was invited in Philippine Realty TV (PRTV) launched of Realty Emporium held at Peperoni Pizzeria, UpTown Place Mall,Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. An ever-evolving media platform, PRTV intoduced its own brokerage arm —the “Realty Emporium” —as a response to the changing needs of both the property developers and potential buyers.
“The idea behind Realty Emporium is for us to be able to offer a platform where real estate companies can connect better with a larger, more diverse audience, and thus sell their properties to a market that fits their requirements,” says PRTV CEO and Executive Producer John Aguilar. “Through Realty Emporium, we’d like to be able to nurture our close collaboration with developers and consumers to find the right properties for the right markets.”

Realty Emporium was created with the aim of addressing the changing needs and mediums of real estate developers and potential buyers. It is a uniquely innovative avenue that property developers can readily tap to offer their brands to the market and for sellers of secondary high-end properties to have their properties rise above the clutter.
Through this latest innovation, PRTV partners with various groups for for-sale properties while also allowing buyers the luxury of finding the perfect deals that match their needs. Featured listings and properties will be featured on Philippine Realty TV, and will also be marketed by Realty Emporium online through www.realtyemporium.ph.

Giving sellers and buyers the edge
“The exclusive listings, exclusive deals, and the impressive curation of properties in the easy-to-navigate website make RealtyEmporium.ph a unique platform for buyers and sellers of Philippine real estate,” adds Aguilar.
Realty Emporium Deals is the first made-for-TV and mobile flash deals for the real estate industry. Deals for pre-selling and RFO (ready-for-occupancy) properties are offered to the public in partnership with property developers. These deals are offered exclusively by Realty Emporium on a limited time basis, with offers for discounts, extended payment terms, and other perks that will compel buyers to immediately reserve or purchase a listing through Realty Emporium.
Realty Emporium’s Exclusive Listings, on the other hand, offers a collection of high-end properties being offered in partnership with broker partners. “We at Realty Emporium, together with our broker partners, hold an exclusive authority to sell the listings, giving buyers and locators the assurance that they are talking to the right person,” Aguilar shares.
Realty Emporium and its partner brokers also have access to other listings in various condos and subdivisions within and beyond Metro Manila, giving buyers a bigger opportunity to find the right kind of property that suits their preferences.
“We are really very excited with the idea of Realty Emporium, especially because we now enjoy the distinction of being a multi-faceted real estate platform,” Aguilar adds. “More than affording us this kind of distinction, this latest milestone only goes to show our renewed commitment to grow with the rest of the industry.”
